Health Care Innovations and Opportunities Attract Attendees from 40 Countries and Delegations from 12 to 6th Annual World Health Care Congress
China, India, Israel, many more to attend global event for health care leaders in businesses, government, April 14-16, 2009, Washington, D.C.
WASHINGTON, March 31 /PRNewswire/ — The 6th Annual World Health Care Congress, April 14-16, Washington, D.C., is pleased to announce several foreign delegations will join the premier three-day summit to meet with top health leaders from the United States and colleagues from around the globe.
The delegations will represent the spectrum of foreign health care leaders, from health ministries to hospitals, medical research facilities, pharmaceuticals and media outlets. This year’s congress will feature delegations from: China, India, Israel, Romania, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, South Africa, Poland, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Denmark, Canada, and Nigeria. Representatives from dozens of other countries are also registered.
A 12-person delegation of senior health leaders from Bangladesh will be led by 2006 Nobel Peace Prize winner Professor Yunus from the Grameen Bank, who will be speaking at the conference regarding the Grameen Health initiative.
Countries such as China also will be represented with pavilions that highlight companies that are shaping the future of health care delivery in their home countries.
