We are happy the Supreme Court ruled to dismiss the challenge to the Affordable Care Act. Now’s decision cements among our nation’s most important recent parts of federal policy laws, which for the very first time radically enlarged coverage for Americans with no medical insurance. At this time, 90 percent of Americans have health care through their tasks, the individual marketplace, Medicare and Medicaid.

The Court’s decision upholds not only the ACA but also the vision a group of Massachusetts healthcare leaders, industry leaders, advocates and many others needed at in 2006, to begin a motion to change the way we think about healthcare.
